Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KwaiSave (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. KwaiSave provides a technical tool for media extraction and is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use

KwaiSave is designed to facilitate the download of videos for personal, non-commercial use. You represent and warrant that you will only use the Service to download content that you have the legal right to access and download. This includes videos you have created yourself, videos licensed under Creative Commons, or content that has entered the public domain. You expressly agree not to use the Service to download copyrighted material without the explicit permission of the rights holder, or to redistribute, sell, or monetize content belonging to other creators. Furthermore, you shall not use the Service for bulk commercial scraping or to circumvent digital rights management (DRM) protections.

3. User Responsibility for Copyright Compliance

KwaiSave operates as a neutral technical tool, much like a web browser or a search engine. We do not host, store, or monitor the specific content that users choose to process through our Service. Consequently, the legal responsibility for ensuring copyright compliance lies entirely with you, the user. You must independently verify that you have the necessary rights and permissions before downloading any specific video. By using KwaiSave, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your unauthorized use of copyrighted material. We operate under the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA and other applicable international laws.

4. Source Platform Terms Still Apply

Kuaishou and Kwai are independent platforms, and using KwaiSave does not exempt you from their own Terms of Service — it does not grant, waive, or override any rights under those agreements. As one example, Kwai's Terms of Service (operated by Joyo Technology Pte. Ltd, last updated March 2026) state that using the app "does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights" in its content, and that video content may not be sold, reproduced, distributed, or reposted "for any public or commercial purpose" without the platform's "prior written consent." Kwai's terms also restrict collecting content from the service with an "automatic program, software … data mining tool." You remain bound by these source-platform terms in addition to this document; the full text is available at Kwai's Terms of Service and Copyright Policy.

5. No Affiliation with Kuaishou

KwaiSave is an independent third-party utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Kuaishou Technology Co., Ltd., Kwai, or any of their subsidiaries. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names and brands does not imply any official relationship or endorsement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KwaiSave and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or your inability to access it. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of copyright infringement committed by users, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party claims arising from your activity on the site. As KwaiSave is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to zero.

7. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Process

KwaiSave respects the intellectual property rights of creators. If you believe that your copyrighted work is being facilitated for unauthorized download through our Service, please send a formal written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Your notice must include your full legal name, contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the specific Kwai URL involved, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will respond to valid notices within five business days and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the reported link. Note that this process covers KwaiSave only — a claim about content on Kuaishou or Kwai itself should go directly to their copyright process linked in Section 4.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide a reliable service, KwaiSave makes no guarantees regarding uptime or continuous availability. The Service may be interrupted at any time for maintenance, server upgrades, or due to changes in the third-party platforms we support. Since the Service is provided for free, no refunds or compensations will be offered for any downtime or functional changes.

9. Changes to Terms

KwaiSave reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

11. Contact Information

If you have any questions, feedback, or legal inquiries regarding these Terms of Service, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours during business days.
